Kristen Durnan is certified through the National Academy of Sports Medicine as a Personal Trainer, Fitness Nutrition Specialist, & Women’s Fitness Specialist. Kristen has been a trainer for almost four years, and Mom for seven months. She runs local & online boot camps, as well as local and online training.
